But let me start at the beginning of my personal story.
Already when I was 12 years old, I asked myself the question, why I am the person I was back then. What impacted me. What influenced me. It followed over a decade of biography research. Systemic family constellation work. And a 8 year education training, where I learned a lot about conditioning and the different authorities of socialization, that imprint us while we grow up. And honestly, it was a very confronting, revealing and healing journey. And I honor every step of the path I took so far.
But on this journey, there came a point of realization. Where uncovering patterns, belief systems and healing became an excuse. A excuse, why I am not living a life that makes me truly happy. I was sugarcoating my own life. Telling me over and over „I am fine.“ I was using my past for excuses. For why I was not in a happy relationship. For why I used binging food, Social Media and Netflix to distract and numb me.
And with that realization I decided:
I know my past.
I know, where I come from.
I know, what made me who I am so far.
All I care about now is:
❤️🔥 WHO DO I CHOOSE TO BE NOW?
❤️🔥 WHAT IS THE LIFE I DESIRE TO LIVE?
I started to invest all the time and energy I used to invest into „fixing“ my past,
into learning to love & celebrate myself just the way I am. With all my light, embracing all my shadows. To truly embody the wholeness, that I am.
And with that, opening a path for a future, that I am wholeheartedly excites me!
It is my mission to help you forget everything you learned about selflove.
Because most of it is superficial. It is performing selflove instead of feeling & embodying it!
