I approached you with a vague idea. From the first moment you understood exactly what it was about and what I needed. I didn't know myself where I wanted to go exactly, but you gave me the support I needed from the start to start walking into the unknown. You were always there when I had questions, you kept the space for me in such a way that I also dared to take turns that felt unsafe because I had never taken them before - and you encouraged me to celebrate small and big successes, what I perhaps needed most of all. You gave me tools to understand myself better and thereby to stand by myself better. You have helped me to help myself and to believe in myself and that is incredibly powerful. When I asked you for a mentorship, I never imagined what a big change it could make in my life. For the good.
