I FREE MYSELF!

This is my intention for a ceremony I am going to attend soon.

I CHOOSE TO TRUST

AND I FREE MYSELF

from all that is ready to go.

Like a snake,

I can feel I outgrew my skin.

It is time to shed from this.

It is a milestone in my life.

A new chapter.

And my last few months have been filled with fear.

So much fear.

I haven’t had as much anxiety since my car accident

on the 12.10.2018. So almost exactly 5 years ago.

Coincidence?

I don’t believe in that.

I BELIEVE IN DESTINY.

And I believe there are deep reasons,

why my anxiety disorder got triggered so much lately.

I AM READY TO SHEAD THIS OLD SKIN,

I OUTGREW.

And as scared as I am.

I take all my courage,

AND I CHOOSE TO TRUST

in order

TO FREE MYSELF.

I am ready for this next chapter in my life.

I don’t know how this will look yet.

And part of me really does not like to stay in this void.

But I can feel very clearly,

that also this part of my process IS MOST IMPORTANT,

to get where I am supposed to be.

To understand, what I am supposed to.

TO LIVE, WHAT LIGHTS MY HEART & SOUL ON FIRE.

Because that is what I am here for.

TO LIVE MY MOST FULFILLING LIFE!

Dear Soul,

in whatever stage you are in your process,

remember, that every step is important & right,

exactly as it is.

Please,

take care of yourself.

Create a inner & outer surrounding,

that holds space for you,

that supports you,

just how you need it!
