WOW! Today I experienced one of my top favorite moments here on our morocco journey!

We went sunset horsebackriding on the beach!

Step for step

I felt the horse moving underneath me.

I felt the wind in my hair.

I felt the sunset on my skin.

I tasted the salty ocean in my mouth.

& then our guide offered me, to have a looong gallop along the beach!

& so we did.

PURE. FREEDOM.

I don’t have words for how light, free & wild I felt in this moment!

I just soaked in,

all I felt in this moment,

all I was in this moment.

And that is, what I wish to inspire you with today.

When you experience one of those delicate & pure moments of joy, love, freedom (…)

SOAK THEM IN!

Save them, in every cell of your body

- deep in your soul!

You know, we all have those moments we feel down, depressed and exhausted. And that is okey. But don’t hold on to them! Try not to define yourself by them. (believe me, I know what I talk about.. I’ve been there)

To be honest, I am a little worried to get back into my daily life.

But on this journey here in morocco,

I experienced so many magical moments,

& I saved them deep in my soul!

Open your heart for moments of

freedom,

joy,

ease

& happiness!

and then - soak them in too!
