Last night, I fell into such a deep night sleep, it felt like my body & soul really arrived here in morocco. In the morning I felt a different kind of presence within me.

Today we drove to marrakesh. There, we lived in such a stunningly beautiful riat, I really don’t have any words for that! We swam in the pool, bathed in the sun & just soaked it all in!

Afterwards, we went to the sug and also there:

I was fully there!

I felt the people around me.

I smelled the aromas surrounding me.

I saw all those beautiful market things in the pathways.

I soaked it all in - deeply rooted in my own presence.

In the evening, when we sat on a terrace,

I started to wonder..

What do I need, to live this kind of presence more in my daily life?

What enables me to live in that kind of presence?

I am keeping those wonderings close to my heart.
