my morocco diary day 7/12 - monday 24.04.2023

« You don’t have to do it all alone! »

Today we spent the day in Fes. The medina of Fes is like a labyrinth. I swear! The medina exists out of more than 10‘000 slim pathways. Our host recommended us, to book a tourguide for a 4 hour walking tour. And so we did! & we were so happy about it! We really explored the city differently, than how we would have without a guide.

& to me, this can be adapted to our daily life.

In my opinion, we still live in a society where „needing/wanting help or support“ often is judged as a weakness. Yes, it is changing but still, this happens.

But life can be challenging. It can be overwhelming! And sometimes it can be a huge support to receive help!

So with todays post I wish to inspire you:

You don’t have to do it all alone! 

You are not weak, if you want support!

The opposite: In my opinion it is very brave to get yourself the support you need & want!
